I`m thirteen years old and I`m 110-pounds. While it doesn`t seem like I`m too fat, I think i LOOK pretty chubby. When my boyfriend picks me up he says I`m really light. It makes me glad that he and my friends don`t think I`m fat but I would like to drop a few pounds. Does anyone know of a good little diet I can go on?

I just want to add that you probably shouldn't go on a diet and instead just eat less junk/exercise more. Dieting tends to make you want to eat more, especially if you're already thin, which you are.
In fact, studies show the teens that diet tend to be more overweight later in life.
Whatever you decide to do though, the best of luck to you.

Don't diet, work out more and eat a little healthier (a fruit instead of chips or water instead of soda or something). The big diets often remove important nutrients and also just using diet to lose weight won't keep it off. As soon as you hit your target and eat normal again, all the weight will come back. Exercise can be used to counter the changes and will also make you look/feel a lot better.

Here are some good ideas:
1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.
4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)
5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy.
8. Avoid anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Tone up the muscles:

1. Join a gym and get a trainer.
2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.
3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA..
7. Buy or borrow this book by Bill Pearl called GETTING STRONGER.
In the book, he describes everything you need for a great fitness plan.

Mental Health:

1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.
7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.
8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative.
9. Do something for someone else who needs help.
10. If the above suggestions don't improve your mental health, talk with your therapist about the possibility of taking some medication.

Take care of yourself

There are 2 forms: - one that prevents 30% of the fats you consume from soaking up. This seems like a well proposal however for those who consume a prime fats meal the outcomes is diarrhoea because it cannot be absorbed. You also are at danger of fats soluble diet deficiencies (A,D,E,K) - the opposite is an urge for food supressant which lessens your urge for food. It can develop blood stress so is contra-indicated in individuals with prime blood stress and middle ailment. They are avail on prescription from medical professionals I would not consider whatever that stated it used to be all meals in a pill. I do not consider that exists.

you are at a good weight. but if you insist that you look chubby then you shouldn't go on a diet because a diet won't last. Try a healthy life style if you haven't already started.
-hope this helps! :D

I'm 14 and weigh 109lbs and i too feel fat. But I think you should become a vegetarian or a vegan because it forces you to cut out all those unhealthy foods that you eat.

If your just a little over weight, you should try some protein formula (protein shakes). It will convert that little "fat" to lean muscle; it gives energy. You know you could try, just watching what you eat, with some walking.
