I weight 195 pounds
I want to weigh 100 pounds.
I want....
1.flat stomach with toned abbs
2.skinny legs with toned muscles
3.skinny arms with toned muscles
4. firm a s s that doesn't jiggle
I need a diet plan that's easy to follow
I need an exercise plan that's easy to follow
At this point i'm ready to do anything.

YOU CANNOT EXPECT TO SAFELY LOOSE MORE THAN 2 TO 3 POUNDS PER WEEK. Any more than that will be water loss and muscle mass very bad for your health.

fruits and veggies, lots of water, no dairy, limited or no meat, nothing fried, no processed foods (if you can say it don't eat it) nothing white NO FAST FOODS OF ANY KIND. EXERCISE..Walk and swing your arms Carry a can of green beans in each hand and swing your arms.

i can understand that you may want to lose weight form 195 (depending on your height, metabolism and health) it may not be a very good idea to be 100 lbs 130 may be more healthy and start with a smaller goal like 2 lbs a week or 5 - 10 lbs a month- you may be overwhelming yourself before you even get started with a goal of 95 lbs of loss...i have tried weight watchers and it was annoying to count points but it did make me think more about what i eat - i take that and my WONDERFUL elliptical machine (which can be really cheap to use at your local rec center some $20 a yr memebership to gym) i love the elliptical because its easy and it tells you how many calories you burn and i sweat it all out!! best part is i dont worry so much about how much i eat becasue i will burn it off later on my elliptical (but i still try to keep it healthy and drink lots of water)

im actually holding uut to see the answers you get. Im 220 lbs. and should be around 150 to be in shape. I have a thyroid condition that makes it dificult to lose weight (speaking of which, you may want to be checked for underactive thyroid if you have not heard of this already). The reason I write is to recomend you to set a more posible goal rather than just five months, when you set goals so tough its easy to set yourself up for a fall. Maybe trying to lose 5-10 pounds a month is more of a posible goal, that way if you surpass that goal you have that personal incentive.

i stumbled on the e book to be very informative and easy to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in basic terms worried that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too immediately. i will admit i've got not accompanied the instruction manual precisely. i'm not sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet customarily) and doing little or no workout, however the burden keeps flying off. It needless to say works and if i might accompanied it precisely i think of it would scare the residing daylights out of me by using quantity that i might lose. So thank you back for the innovations. i've got by no potential offered something like this earlier by using fact they are many times full of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. begin at present!
