Eat Healthy, NOT by starving yourself.
Do not eat supper, junk food like cheap and carbohydrates food.
Exercise more often.
Or u can go slimming centre.
Have a balanced diet and healty lifestyle.
When u really very hungry, sleep or drink water.
That what i do to lose weight.

make a change to a healthy eating life style
fruits and veggies,all you want, raw, steamed sauteed
no meat or limited meat NOTHING FRIED
water and lots of it 1 gallon a day
no dairy
nothing white
no processed foods (if you cant read it don't eat it)
NO FAST FOODS
and exercise
