Granted, I've always been on the thin side, but for some reason, I have love handles. Argh!

I need to know a few things:

The muscles around the love handles. I heard that working them out is probably the best way to eliminate them. What exercises would offer incredible results?

Carbs or calories: Do I need to cut one of them down, or both?

Would leg exercises work just as good? If so, which give best results?

I work as a Photo Specialist in Walgreens. While I'm not working around that department, I'm on the floor stocking items, helping customers, walking around, etc. Is this an equivalent to a days worth of exercise?

Overweight? Ha. No. If I was, I'd kill myself. Love handles are a different story. Intellectual answers will help more than ones only to gain points here, thanks.

I'm sure you work hard every day but no, that is not the same as an aerobic workout. You should do a brisk walk for 25 to 30 minutes a day, this helps the body breakdown and use stored fat. You know it's brisk enough if you're breathing hard. Ab exercises are good but won't eliminate the love handles. In the drug store, you have CLA, and L-Carnitine, these are good for fat metabolism. Use as directed.

It's not possible to "target" one area or the other. You'll just have to lose overall fat. Toned muscles burn more calories even if you're at rest. If you really want, you can do the following, but only if your back is healthy. (1) Stand straigh. Put your left arm on your hip, put the other arm up. Bend to the left, and stretch-stretch stretch throught your right side and right arm. Go back to straight. Repeat on the other side. Repeat.
(2) get a soft mat and sit on your knees, with your butt on your hills. Put your hands in front of you for balance. Now pick up your butt using only your body muscles, and sit to the left of your legs. Pick yourself up and sit to the right of your legs.
(3) Get a heavy chair, you'll use its back for balance. Stand facing the back of the chair. Lift your straight leg to the side as high as you can. Lower. Repeat. Do on the other side.

Take a look at your diet, too. Did you get easy on yourself about eatin gjunk food and sweets? If not, maybe it's that age when you have to stop drinking soda.

Love handles....I merely provide up smoking 6 months in the past. each little thing tastes reliable now! A turd sandwich would be reliable if it had some cheese! besides my pants now not greater wholesome. I even have started walking and doing sit down ups! i actually hate working, plus it rather is poor on your knees! in case you come across an remarkable thank you to get rid of my (not greater smoking) handles enable me comprehend!!

No, because littles ones are what gives your hips curves. Otherwise you just look like a man straight up and down.

concentrate on the core of your body... concentrate on exercises that requires balance (e.g. the ball exercises)

cutting on carbs intake will decrease the amount of calories you consume and i suggest you do that. also, do aerobic exercises to decrease your overall body fat, you cannot simply target your love handles.
