You CAN do it.
Check out the Sacred Heart Soup Diet.
I found it on the web and used it. I lost 12 lbs in 1 WEEK. I have maintained and kept off 8 lbs. I lost 4 lbs by day 3.
I am NOT pulling your leg. The diet tells you that if you lose more than 20 lbs in 1 week, to stay off of it for a few days, then start over.
It's good and you are NEVER hungry. The first 2 days is the hardest days of the diet. I went through 2 stock pots of the soup. It's NOT the only thing you eat during the week. You get to eat a lot of other things too, but the soup is consistent.

15 pounds in 3 weeks? That is unfortunately a very unrealistic goal. Then again, everybody metabolisms differ, and it might be possible for you. But one thing I am pretty sure of is that it would be very unhealthy. You would have to lose about 5 pounds per week, and losing any more than 2 or 3 can be dangerous. Also, since it does depend on your metabolism, you can't force lose anything. If you try to eat very little, your body will just think you're starving and shut down the burning of calories. But it is still possible to healthfully lose about 8 to 10 pounds in 3 weeks. Just do a lot of exercise, and eat 250 calories under your right amount.

It is most likely feasible but it's far from healthful...Try now not to rush diets and endeavor; take it slowly and you'll see outcome. Dashing diets and exercise may also be particularly unhealthy. I want to lose 15 pounds in three weeks, however for now, i am seeking to lose half a pound a day, which is set 3.5 kilos a week. You are imagined to lose about 1-three pounds a week so my eating regimen and pastime plan would not be regarded unhealthy. All i am doing is eating healthful, doing a hundred crunches every night, and running about three/4 of a mile 1-2 instances daily. Relying on how ancient you are, counting energy might become form of a hassle. Eating much less makes you drop a few pounds slower anyway.

15 kilos in three weeks? That's unluckily a very unrealistic target. On the opposite hand, each and every man or woman metabolisms differ, and it usually possible for you. However something i'm beautiful certain of is that it would be very bad. You probably can have got to lose approximately five kilos every week, and shedding any extra than two or 3 will also be hazardous. Also, considering that it does depend on your metabolism, you can not drive lose something. In the occasion you attempt to eat little or no, your body will with ease believe you're starving and close down the burning of energy. It depends how much excess weight you have. Once I was 60 lbs over weight I went to weight watchers and lost 8 lbs the 1st week. I was maintaining such a high weight because I was eating wrong. If you lost 25 pounds would you look anorexic ? If that answer is yes don't try 15 pounds in three weeks. Remember you'll never see most of the people on the cruise again. Get a bigger suit.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I usually lose 10 pounds in a month I go to the gym 5 times a day and sometimes in the morning i know that might sound a little too much but thats just how I like to work out and for breakfast I eat egg whites with spinach or sometimes I'll eat some oatmeal then for lunch I don't really get that hungry so I'll eat a 80 cal Greek yogurt with a granola bar and a string cheese for dinner I'll eat salad but instead of using ranch dressing or Italian dressing I use avocado with some chicken breast , corn , cucumbers and carrots. Or sometimes I'll eat steam vegetables you can also eat some chicken breast for dinner it has a lot of protein and is very good for you. Also drink water and eat fruits everyday . Stay away from soda and sugary drinks !! Hopefully this helps and I think you'll be fine good luck !

Healthy weight loss is about 2-3 lbs a week. You might be able to do it but you are going to have to be on a very strict program.
I would drink a glass of water before eating to help fill your stomach.
Take a mile walk at a fast pace holding light weights in your hands or go for 2 shorter walks.
Cut out soda.
Increase fruits and vegetables.
