I've eaten about 750 calories, and I know this isn't enough, but I'm not hungary. Is it ok to eat this much?

definetly not...

severely restricting your caloric intake during the main growth years (puberty) will cause your endocrine system to not develop fully. this will cause health problems for the lifespan

you aren't hungry because you are trying to convince yourself that you aren't hungry. a normal, semi-active teen in puberty needs triple that in calories daily.

You should try to get in at least 1500. By only taking in 750, you are training your metabolism. Eventually if you eat more than that you will gain weight. That is not enough to be healthy...only the 750 calories per day.

You should be eating around 1500 - 2000 calories a day, so this is not very much at all.

you really should eat at least 1200 calories. Try supplementing the calories with fruit and veggies or a tall glass of milk
