I ate very healthy today:

Breakfast
1 med. apple topped w/2 tbsp fresh-ground peanut butter
1 cp. 1% milk

Lunch
1 celery stalk
1 cp baby carrots
1 med. pear
1 carton 1% milk

Snack
3/4 cp flax cereal
1 med. orange

Dinner (it's a soup, folks)
1/2 cp. petite, diced tomatoes
1/4 cp. chicken soup mix
1/4 cp. asparagus
1/2 cp. kidney beans
1/2 cp. zucchini
1 cp. brocolli
1/2 cp. corn
1 slice calcium-fortified American cheese

Snack
1 med. persimmon
1 cp. 1% milk

This morning I had a Clementine, and a bottle of green tea
For lunch I had a Fruit salad with a Peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and a bottle of water
For an afternoon snack I had 2 Clementines,
For dinner I had a 12" sub sandwhich with a pop and chips
and as of now I just finished a glass of Milk.

(but tomorrow I should be caffeine free, since I am hoping ending my caffeine addiction tomorrow)

Yes i believe I did. I'm 48 and lost 15 lbs in the last 2months.I had coffee and I made this "Jiffy" oatmeal bread and I added walnuts,mandarin oranges and chopped cranberries and flax seeds and cinnamoin.The I had water ,ice tea, lean cusine,and a veg/chicked stew.oh yeah and a berry yogurt.

B-nothing just water
L-fried chicken, dressing, turnip greens, a bite of green beans, and about half of a piece of sweet potato pie
D-a small hamburger and fries from wendy's

nope, i never eat healthy during the week, and this is typical of my eating habits:
am: handful of beef jerky (or nothing)
at work: water and energy drinks
pm: subway foot long and beer
