Water is dense! It's one of the heavier materials we put in our bodies. Most of what we eat would be a hell of a lot lighter if it were dried (think about raisins or other dried fruit).

However, water will not make you fat. There are no carbon molecules in water so fat can not be formed.

If you drank 6 liters of water you could potentially gain 10-12lbs. But hopefully you went to the bathroom and persperated that day, which would probably bring you back down to square one.

water wont make you fat but not eating will help make you fat..if you dont eat then you screw up your metabolism which is not good. I suggest eating small nutritious meals throughout the day and exercise a lot and you will lose all the weight you want and be happy and healthy

water can't make you "fat" but your body can retain water in certain areas of your body. if you just exerciser regularly you shouldn't have a problem. because water doesn't contain any calories- carbs- any fats you cannot get fat from it. what can happen is if you drink a lot of water at one time you lose a lot of abdominal muscle control because most of the blood flow is where the water is. don't exercise after drinking large amounts of water. make sure you can at least run without feeling nausea

because you dont lose weight (fat) by depriving/starving your body - all you can lose is water weight and muscle and slow down metabolism and make a huge contribution to yo-yo cycle.
you will go to the bathroom and weight less when that water comes out, lol - toss the scale!!! what matters is body fat percentage.

it's not the water. it's the fact that you aren't eating. Your metabolism is f*cking up and you will gain weight if you continue to starve yourself.

Besides, you have to be a fool to believe that you can lose any weight in one day.
