Hi I do want to lose weight but I desided that I really would preffer to lose inches more than the weight because I'm actually almost at a normal weight just a few pounds over. So how can I lose 4 inches off my stomache area fast and safe? And when I say fast I mean like a few months or more. Please help!

fat loss is all about calories in vs calories out.
find daily calorie intake calculator, enter your stats and find maintenance intake- take off 400-600cal and you will lose eating that much a day.
use fitday.com to track your intake
eat 5-6 small meals a day -make healthy food choices - complex carbs, lean protein, healthy fats, dietary fiber (5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day) etc.
cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week
sit ups and crunches wont help - all they do is build muscle, they do not burn fat
at least 8 glasses of water a day
no candy, junk/fast food, fried food, nothing made out of white flower, no processed foods, no sodas

you should do aerobics, stay away from chocolate and cheese, they have tons of saturated fat that go directly to your stomach and thighs. try to drink more water than beer soda or juice, and swimming or running is great for losing weight and inches from your stomach, also light crunches in help reduce fat, full crunches give you muscle
