How old are you? If you are still youngish, chances are, you'll grow out of them (I did).
If you are a bit older, then you can either get them tucked, through plastic surgery or something.
But really, you should except them. They make you who you are, make you unique. That sounds COMPLETELY lame and canned but trust me when I say that it's the imperfections that make people pretty. (I draw portraits)
Also, if you are worried about what other people think, they really don't care about pudgy cheeks.
And about the red bit, if you have fair skin (such as myself) it's natural. You can cover it up with green-based concealer (green cancels out the red). It could also be due to acne/inflamations and that can be taken care of by special soaps.

You could possibly have rosasia which can be treated with special skin medications.. Dieting can cause you to loose weight and therefore you will have a skinnier face however I don't recommend this. The best thing to do is just be happy with who you are. Instead of looking at your bad features look at the things in which you like about yourself. Keep positive and remember things such as these have little significance.

it sounds stupid, but you can tone your face by making funny faces. if you make really exaggerated expressions (like Jim Carrey) and return to a relaxed position and then make the expression again, it's like a facial workout that tightens muscles and could give more definition to your cheekbones. sometime when you're alone, stand in front of a mirror and try a wide "Cheshire Cat" grin, hold it, then do kind of "fish-lips",hold it, grin again, hold, etc. Sounds crazy but it works. it's like Yoga/Pilates for your face.
for the redness, try a green-based concealor,to neutralize the red

well i hope you mean your face... but either way, accept it, i personally like red puffy cheeks, but if your that upset about, try going on a diet, it will shrink it a little bit. Also, its probably in your genes, so there isnt a whole lot you can do abuot it.

thats just the way it is. you may as well watch your diet and watch you are properly eating nutrients that are good for the skin, vitamins, etcetera. There are worse things to be in life than big-cheeked.

That is no problem. I kina do, and my friends and family think it looks cute. I think if you have thin cheeks you look creepy like a skeleton.
