ok, i know i should defenitely exercise, and I LOVE EXERCISING the problem is, i go to a really strict school, the best available actually, and i get about 5 hours of daily homework and studying. I leave school at about 3:30 everyday I play soccer twice a week, but then, when i get home at 5 and i sometimes don't sleep at night cuz i have a lot of homework. i usually go to bed at 12:00, im not kidding. ad school starts at 7:00 !! I've tried scheduling, but I always end up really tired. The only free time i have when i can exercise is on the weekends, and ive tried, but then i can't hang out with my family. School isn't getting any easier, i could change my diet, but everyone keeps saying its unheatly to cut so many calories. Can i lose weigh without exercising at all? is there any exercise i can do while i do my schoolwork or something or some exercise that i can do only on the weekend and still get the same results? ANYTHING!! i need help..
