ok, i know i should defenitely exercise, and I LOVE EXERCISING the problem is, i go to a really strict school, the best available actually, and i get about 5 hours of daily homework and studying. I leave school at about 3:30 everyday I play soccer twice a week, but then, when i get home at 5 and i sometimes don't sleep at night cuz i have a lot of homework. i usually go to bed at 12:00, im not kidding. ad school starts at 7:00 !! I've tried scheduling, but I always end up really tired. The only free time i have when i can exercise is on the weekends, and ive tried, but then i can't hang out with my family. School isn't getting any easier, i could change my diet, but everyone keeps saying its unheatly to cut so many calories. Can i lose weigh without exercising at all? is there any exercise i can do while i do my schoolwork or something or some exercise that i can do only on the weekend and still get the same results? ANYTHING!! i need help..

Try some fun things inbetween your schooling. When you get home, right before you start your homework, for 15-30 minutes, turn on the radio and just jump around your room and dance!!! Just have fun! On the weekends, if you want to hang out with your friends you can exercise too! Go swimming, or race each other, pratice soccer, just dance in front of the mirror with hair brushes. Just have fun! Exercising can be done in so many different ways!

Prioritize. Cause its a life long thing. If your close to 150 at 14, this is the time to at least limit carbs. That means not more than 75 a meal. get a carb counter book. get serious. Limit sweets, a ginger snap is only 30 calories. a gram cracker is low. Serious, is all I can say. Thats my last word to you on the subject.
