haha...... that is funny... bcuz..if u could figure out how..

Not to make your's and every other woman tush not giggle.. U will be a millionaire....
we don't like it either...

Running will help u loose the jiggle,, but until u lose it.. it will giggle..

First, understand that you're always going to have some "jiggle", because the buttocks is comprised of mostly fat, sort of like women's breasts. The glutes lie beneath.

You can, however, tone your glutes so your buttocks doesn't feel like it's sagging all the way to your feet. Try lunges, squats, and make sure you walk and jog regularly, at least 60min total, everyday. Reduce the amount of saturated fat you get in your diet, too.

No the thing is u have to show it and be prowed of it. A guy likes more cushin for the pushin. That is the truth right there.

Climbing stairs and lunges might help firm that part up.
