ok welll i have posted in here to lose weight and now i need another favor.my husband on the other hand is really skinny . he is really healthy and so am i but he just doesnt gain weight ,he eats alot tooo . is there a pill or powder or something for him just to gain a little bit , hes 5'7 125 pounds and hes 27 years old

You know one thing Karen that health is wealth. If you are healthy, it means you are among the luckiest person in this world. I would like to suggest that just enjoy your health. But still if your husband wants to put on some weight, I would recommend taking a high protein diet with regular exercise to build up his muscles; this will help your husband. And if he wants to take some sort of medicine, the best option will be herbal supplement. I buy my herbal supplements from herbsmd they offer quality products at reasonable price and i found a store for weight gain as well so check it out

Sounds to me his body is an efficient carb burning machine. Doest he seem to have a lot of energy? Let him keep eating what he is eating and try adding more protein to his diet along with the carbs he is eating. then he needs to lift weights in an effort to build his muscle since his body doesnt store fat. But as he gets older I bet his body will start to store more fat

you can slow your metabolism down by not eating...but that's not really a good answer. he would have to eat protein shakes and lift weights to gain weight.
