You have a high metabolism which is normal. People like myself have to eat 6 small meals ot loose weight. The more you eat the better you are depending on the calorie intake.
I snack on fruits fruits fruits. But, when I was 30 I ate nothing but icecream and I lost alot of weight.

How did you loose 45 pounds if you are only 80 pounds?Just try to eat small amounts often work out just don't do any high passed exercise because it is to loose weight and try not to worry to much because if you do it will only make you depressed and make the problem worse.

#1 you are malnutritioned, meaning not that you dont eat enough calories, but not enough proportions of the tiypes of calories you should be taking in -- like vitamins and irons in veggies, proteins from meats and etc
since I dont know where you are starting from my best advice is NOT to help you gain weight, but to eat right--plenty of green and colorful veggies, and lean meats etc and accept what weight or thinness comes with it.
But PLEASE go to the doctor first. They can help you more than anyone else including diagnosing if perhaps you have a thyroid problem (the gland that helps regulate your metabolism and therfore your weight). Go to doc and eat up those "good things" alright?

well you probably have a crazy mentabolism
theres then angus third pounder bacon and cheese
u can eat that like once every two days
start eating 5 meals a day
if you see a food that says low fat, avoid it

i think i know why...ur body is in hypermetabolism...mine did the same thing...u might have to take pills if u still cant gain weight in a couple of months...i see a nutritionist so maybe u should consult with one.
