I think it is essentially meaningless.

Results from two people are not adequate to have any statistical significance.

Two weeks is too short a time.

There is no comment about any other changes made to the diet aside from eating more eggs. If they replace a meal of shimp in drawn butter with eggs they simply replaced something high in cholesterol and staurated fat with someting high in cholesterol.

The results are different from from what would be expected from larger, better controlled studies.
