just need a work out plan or the morning- for a 14 year old. good diet, the what to do in work out etc etc.
like in the morning, shuld i do 100 push ups, sit ups and crunchs and stretch and head to school and when i get home just run for a couple minutes. i'm not overweight but want to even ot my body.
please help!

You should talk to your gym teacher like Angel advised, They are trained to do this plan you want. I would think that any teacher would be more than happy to help with a program made for you. They know your fitness level and can start you out and not hurt yourself as can happen without a proper plan . If you start on your own you can do some sit ups and push ups but unless you run now start by walking you get 80%of the workout of running without getting sore knees and hamstrings Take a half hour walk and see how you do.

no, you should run in the morning ( i know its a pain) but just run like a mile or 2 and then at night do some sit ups and push ups do as many as you can and you'll start to notice you do more and more as the weeks go by

Talk to your gym teacher at school and ask them what they suggest for you! They will love it!
