i am in a rush to leave in AM-- to get to gym, then school-- so I dont have time to digest a large breakfast. Any ideas for yummy, about 200 cals, filling ones?

2-3 cooked egg whites
1 serving oatmeal
1/2 grapefruit or 1 medium orange

* it would be right around 220 cals +/-
* that meal takes 10 minutes to cook and eat and will keep you going for several hours and it's all natural.
