Anybody knows about an specific type of exercise or what food to avoid?? please let me know. thanx

The best way is to get on down to the liquor store and buy one.

Otherwise, start running, eating healthy (LOTS of vegetables and NO sweets), and start doing the crunches. LOTS of crunches. Spend at LEAST an hour a day working out (rest two days a week). That said, here is something that a lot of guys don't know: many men are literally not genetically prone to getting a sixpack. If you are one of those people, like the majority, then you are going to have to do a LOT of extra work if you are serious.
