In school, i usually only have an apple for lunch...but we eat lunch at 10:05.
So around 6:40 i usually have cereal, 10:05 an apple, and then when i get home around 2:30 ill have something else, like a sandwich maybe. Is that healthy? I feel like if i eat lunch at 10:05, im just going to be hungry again after school anyway, so i might as well not eat the fattening food they have at school and eat a better lunch at home right?
