is it okay to do 10 days on 10 days off continually, if you aren't eating meat on the 10 days off but continuing to eat healthy?
and is it okay to go to the gym during the 10 days on the cleanse considering you aren't really eating anything?

Hi im going to put my body into state of ketosis and eat nothing at all and only drink water for 4 weeks solid. Stupid i know and probably bad for me in the long term but i want tolose 3-4 stones in 5 weeks. I will only drink water. Does anyone have any links to websites for starving yourself. I am going to consume vitamins and minerals. I am male aged 25 and i am 5ft 11inches. I believe i will be able to lose this weight as i lost 3 stone in 4 weeks on Cambridge diet/lighterlife programme but simply cant afford to keep it going. I know i should eat less, exercise more etc etc but i can starve myself and dont feel hungry, could i possibly go from 18st to 14st by starving myself. I know starving is stupid but im doing it regardless, just need to know the safest way. Once imin ketosis i will continue to burn fat. Does anyone thinki will be able to do it. I have read alot on ketosis and this is what im going to do. Eatin is all in he mind. I want o lose this weight for xmas.

Ok I want to lose weight in 4 weeks and get toned. But I'm not sure how. I know cardio is the key but I can't really run outside since it's a busy street and there are no sidewalks. So I was wondering if the bicycle thing is considered cardio. You know the one where you lay on your back and do the bicycle?? Another thing is I can't go to the gym either because I don't live near one. But I have a lot of different types of situps I can do. Please and thank you!

I'm sure all of you have noticed this really disturbing trend and I really want to address it. It seems like every other question in this section goes something like:

I'm 13 and I'm 5'0" and I weigh 100 pounds, am I fat?

I think it's really, really sad that these young kids (mostly girls) are so concerned about the numbers on the scale and how they look that they feel they have to come on to some random website and ask total strangers to judge them.

I also think it's really disturbing that when looking at the answers, many people respond things like "no offense but you need to lose like 10 pounds"

So I want to know why.

Girls (and guys) who post their weight on here - why do you do it? Do you really think people who don't know you or who have never seen you will be able to judge your looks or health with just a couple of numbers?

People who answer - do you really think you're helping these little preteens by encouraging their paranoia about weight?

OK, I am after the reason that periods are shorter when you run. I have been running for the last 2 months and my periods have been a day shorter each time. Its just an egg dropping so how could an egg dropping be delayed by more intense exercise??? I dont really get it and would like to know why it happens. Thanks

Today i have eaten:

Breakfast....Quaker weight control oatmeal
Handful of fresh strawberries

Snack: small pot of danone low fat vanilla yogurt

Lunch: One slice of whole grain bread
Handful of raspberries, blackberries and strawberries
low fat vanilla yogurt

In school, i usually only have an apple for lunch...but we eat lunch at 10:05.
So around 6:40 i usually have cereal, 10:05 an apple, and then when i get home around 2:30 ill have something else, like a sandwich maybe. Is that healthy? I feel like if i eat lunch at 10:05, im just going to be hungry again after school anyway, so i might as well not eat the fattening food they have at school and eat a better lunch at home right?

ive been dieting for the past six days
i lost 4 pounds already is that bad?

i dont know how that happened cause its not like i starved myself, i just ate less

one of the things i ate were a sandwich with meat and cheese
and i ate alot of fruits too

and i only worked out for 2 days for about 20 minutes [dancing]

will my water weight come back?
and will i be more fatter?

I used to be in amazing shape and since summer it's kind of drifted. I've gone back to training with my trainer but only 2 days a week instead of 5, and I haven't been sticking to my healthy diet. I've given myself lots of motivation but I'm still struggling with throwing myself back into the thing I love. Any ideas on how I can get myself to go in to the gym more or anything?
