I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

I did Weight Watchers. It's a well plan if you do not brain preserving up with the whole thing! It's a well one in view that you'll be able to nonetheless pass out and consume on party, you simply ought to watch what you get. You'll be stunned on the energy in foods at eating places when you've on no account appeared earlier than. It works when you do it. It's a healthful technique to lose it too in view that it is slow like weight reduction will have to be. As for motivation, I comprehend it's rough. I find it irresistible while I'm workout, however for my part I get distracted by way of matters like TV. My recommendation, put money into a DVR, treadmill, and an MP3 participant. You can pay attention on your song even as you are at the treadmill and you'll be able to watch your TV at any time when you wish and no longer pass over some thing. Or you would purchase a type of excercise balls and perform a little activity on it even as you watch TV. I dont like gyms in view that I uncover the intimidating. One other thing, when you get a treadmill and you've got room, positioned it for your livingroom. That approach you spot the item as an alternative than having it in a spare room you dont pass in very most commonly. Makes you don't forget honestly getting on it as a substitute of sitting at the sofa. Good success to you!

NO!
At age 12, your body is just starting to go through a lot of mental, hormonal, and physical changes. Don't diet now, just eat healthy and get some regular exercise... let your body do it's thing. You will be amazed at the changes in the next year or so. My daughter turned 12 about 3 months ago and the changes are noticeable. Let your body do it's thing and just be healthy!

Then thoes shallow jealous people need to get lives, instead of making yours miserable.
You are absolutely fine the way you are. Stuff the lot of them who call you fat.
People hold weight differently, people are bulit bigger than others (height for example)
All that really matters is that your healthy.
I could do with loosing a few pounds, but i dont smoke. drink, or do drugs, my diet is pretty varied, and i excercise regularly, so i DON'T CARE!!!!
You're fab being who you are, never change because someone else tells you to, only ever change if YOU fell the need.

Your 12. You shouldn't be losing any weight, at all, unless your under a doctors guidance.
100lbs is light enough, maybe too light.
Why do you give two hoots what people say? If you really can't stand the heckling go to a fight class or something and break their noses...people like that are scum

No. according to the height/weight chart I just checked, you're actually a little underweight. You probably just need to tone up. If you do a combination of cardio and weight training, you'll burn off fat, increase your muscle density, and will probably look older than your age. Do that, you'll look so good, boys won't know what to do.

You're fine now, Honey. The people that are calling you 'fat' are all mixed up. Besides, you're only 12 so you've got a lot of growing to do.
Now, you might want to start an exercise regimen to shape and tone what you have.
Hurray for you!

Nope, you sound like you're on the low end of the 'normal' weight scale. Here's a link to a US Diet Guidelines table.
Don't worry about looking like some bird thin model, that's not healthy or attractive.
