Ok I want to lose weight in 4 weeks and get toned. But I'm not sure how. I know cardio is the key but I can't really run outside since it's a busy street and there are no sidewalks. So I was wondering if the bicycle thing is considered cardio. You know the one where you lay on your back and do the bicycle?? Another thing is I can't go to the gym either because I don't live near one. But I have a lot of different types of situps I can do. Please and thank you!

Unfortunatley there are no stairs in my building and there is no pool around where I live. It's like on the other side of town.
But I've been running around my house. I don't know if that works but it gets me a little tired.

go to a gym and go on the stationary bicycle for about 10 minutes and about every 2-3minutes(if u can do this) tighten the bike up so it makes it harder to bike it is good cardio and it strenghtens ur legs then do some crunches about 10 then grasshoppers(u lie on ur back and bring ur legs in bent and do a crunch at the same time) then do some kick outs(u sit down with ur legs up and kick forwards then side to side) then do twister(sit up with legs up and move twist ur body side to side) do 10 of those each and u will feel a burn and if u dont do some more.Hope i helped

if u dont live near a gym go and find a fitness center or a place where the cell gym equipment it may be expensive but it will help u for a long time to come.

To lose wieght you need to do cardio. Laying on your back and doing bicylce kicks actually works your abs and is not a cardio exercise. You should try running in place, dancing around your house or jumping rope.

Look on the websites for fitenss and shape magazines. They have great at home exercises that include cardio work outs.

You need to get your heart rate going (and staying up high) if you want to get cardio. Is there a staircase in your building? Run and/or jump up and down the stairs as fast as you can. Do jumping jacks or jump rope.

Walk to a park (or a better neighborhood) and run there. No excuses!
