I'm not sure if there's a food that helps, but moisturizing after your shower every day will definitely help. Also, slower weight loss (1-2 pounds per week) helps your skin be able to "shrink up" a little faster and more naturally.

skin sagging from weight loss is normal. You stretch it out you know, and it doesn't just magically spring back when you lose the weight that stretched it out to begin with. Regular daily exercise and lots of water will help to increase skin tone a bit, but you may need to consider plastic surgery if there was a great deal of weight loss, because skin that is over stretched simply cannot rebound.
