ive been dieting for the past six days
i lost 4 pounds already is that bad?

i dont know how that happened cause its not like i starved myself, i just ate less

one of the things i ate were a sandwich with meat and cheese
and i ate alot of fruits too

and i only worked out for 2 days for about 20 minutes [dancing]

will my water weight come back?
and will i be more fatter?

if you continue to eat the way you are eating, you will continue to lose weight, try to add in some vegetables, stay with the fruits, you need protien, so try eggs, meats. remember to stay away from anything white.... pasta, potato, rice, bread, refined sugar, flour products.... also, when you eat a sandwich, try to use a wheat or rye bread... white bread is not good!!!
lots of luck, sound like your on the right track!! Also, you could take some fiber pills, with upping your protein intake, you will need to up your fiber to avoid constipation.

if you go back to eating badly your water weight will come back and you will be more fatter...

its a fact
