You need more protein. I would have a 4-6oz grilled chicken breast, side of cooked fresh spinach and a sweet potato, maybe a small side salad with balsamic vinagrette. For snacks you could add in a handful of almonds to get in more nutrients.

So far:

Grains: 2 servings (or 1.5 depending on your slice of bread)
Fruit: 2 servings
Dairy: 2 servings.

That's it? YOU MUST BE STARVING!!! You still need at least 3 servings of grains, 2 servings of fruit, 2 servings of meat / protein, and 5-9 servings of vegetables. Try 6oz of fish, 1.5 cups of whole grain pilaf, 1.5 cups leafy greens, .5 cup of vegetables for the salad, 1.5 cups steamed broccoli, and a peach and an apple for dessert.

Starvation mode will not help you lose weight, in fact, it will make your body resistant to weight loss. Please see a licensed nutritionist for assistance on a meal plan.
