My wife says not to drink anything cold, you want to keep your core temperature high. Get some Vitamin C tablets, and that stuff osccillium (or however its spelt) works great. The most important thing you can do is HAVE NO FUN!

Increase your intake of vitamin C found in citrus fruit, broccoli etc and rest let your body recuperate. Eat nutritiously and your body is better equipped to fight off any viruses that would require the immune system. Good Luck

Drink hot tea with honey and lemon, some hot chicken soup and drink lots of orange juice to relieve you cold.

You can try the two aspirin cure. Put one aspirin at the foot of your bed and drink whiskey until you see two aspirins—it still takes 7 to 10 days..

Eat oranges, strawberries, blueberries are good, and like always chicken noodle soup. Homemade is best!

heres some ideas:
get rest, benedryl maybe, a natural way is echinacea and LOTS of vitamins, airbourne works really well, wash your hands constantly, and just be a fighter
