I usually do the 100 calories kettle corn packs but that is getting boring. I really want something that will fill that lil bit of hunger, but not make me feel guilty for eating it after 10pm.

A protein bar. If you go to GNC (General Nutrition Centers) or Fruitful Yield or just a plain drugstore, they usually have a boatload. Well, at least the two former do.

If you've had protein bars before and don't like the taste, find a protein bar that has low calories, not so much protein, but lots of fiber. It doesn't HAVE to be a protein bar, but they not only have low cals and carbs, high protein, and fiber, but they usually have a lot of different vitamins and minerals. If you do go that route, just remember to drink a fair amount of water so all the nutrients absorb. But, drinking alot of water right before bed could be a problem.

Therefore, if you don't want to go that route, stick to small portions of high fiber foods, like fruit, grains (granola bars), etc. I say high fiber because fiber makes you feel fuller. This is why bodybuilders who are trying to GAIN weight, try to limit their fiber intake to a minimum...all because they don't want to feel full after a medium-sized meal.

Good luck!

a pitcher of skim milk, a chew of fruit, yogurt (Yoplait easy has one hundred energy, another easy manufacturers have even much less, yet that's my fave form), some infant carrots. shop a number of those one hundred-calorie snack ingredients around, there are a ton of distinctive ones. i are transforming into to the place I would desire to allow a minimum of one hundred or 2 hundred energy to snack previous due in the night because of the fact I constantly get hungry later after dinner. i've got even made a small salad to snack on.
