You are definitely too thin. I am 5'6" and saw ill effects when I got down to 114 lb (age 17-18). It should be obvious that there is something wrong with the symptoms you listed.
Up you calories to at least 2000 for awhile until you are up to 115, then go down to like 1700 to maintain your body weight.

Yes,your BMI is 16.1. Anything below 18 is considered underweight. And you are exceptionally low.
What you need to do is talk to your doctor. He will give you a certain amount of calories you need to consume, and possibly add in some smoothies and shakes.
I understand what you are going through because my mother (middle-aged) is 5'7'' and 105 lbs. She is extremely healthy at eating, but because of her metabolism, she has never been able to gain weight. Although her doctor put her on drinking 3-4 shakes a day, that didnt work because of her healthy eating habits.
Anyways. Talk to your doctor, because no one knows your body best but him/her. You may even be able to do it over the phone.
Good luck, any questions, just ask

i'm 5'1" and 14 years old and I weigh 106lbs and wear a size 3. You have lost way to much weight when your period stops. It's not healthy and i'm sure at 120 you wouldn't look bad. Fats isn't okay but showing your ribs isn't either.

You have lost WAY too much weight. You need to start eating pancakes or you could lose the ability to have kids in the future.

You should weigh around 120 lbs. Why did you think you needed to go on a diet? You have a distorted view of your body.

Go to your doctor and ask to have your hormone levels checked. It sounds like your thyroid level may be off, as well as progesterone levels. If you don't have a regular doctor, try to find one that works well with natural remedies. He/she can also get you to a healthful weight. Good luck!
