Laxatives will just empty your bowels faster. Do not use this method if you abuse laxative you may become dependent on them. Laxatives are very hard on the stomach and intestines. Misuse can also lead to dehydration.
Normal healthy weigh loss is 2-3lbs a week. Eat more fruits and vegetables, drink a glass of water before a meal, get a good cardio work out at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Laxative abuse is a form of eating disorder & they are addictive. You can give yourself serious water and electrolyte imbalances leading to cardiac (heart) problems and you will not lose true weight (just water). This is a very bad idea.

Not very effective. You might lose slight amount of water weight, but the calories you burn grunting and straining will cause you to lose more, and you may not be getting full positive benefit from the food. Your getting the calories body metabolizes them easily , but not all the suff you ate food to get in the first place.
