I know it contains Lemon, Water, Cayenne Peper. and Maple syurp.

I'm going to be in a play in 3 or 4 weeks i dont remember right but they said i should lose some weight but i wanna try this diet and then just go to regular diet so i wont gain alot of weight easily.

Is it true it wont be so effective if i used the reguler syrup?
But will it work?

I'm confused.
I dont have much money to buy the real one cuz its expansive.

Dont do it - its not recommended for anyone.
Simply eliminate carbs from your diet for now and it will make you lose weight (water weight and some fat maybe)- its the best short term solution that will not slow down your metabolism.

Dude, common sense should tell you that a maple syrup diet is not the way to go. You need a balanced diet with variety from all the food groups. Just limit your calories and you will lose weight. You realize that none of the above ingredients contain protein, right?

You're talking about the Master Cleanse. You won't be losing a lot of weight off of this method, it's not meant to be a diet at all. Stick with a proper healthy nutritional diet with no junk foods, soda, or processed foods and do aerobic exercise. It doesn't cost you any money to any of those things and you'll lose more weight than the cleanse.

This sounds very unsafe to me. In 3-4 weeks you can lose a substantial amount by adopting a totally vegan (no meat, dairy or cheese) diet with nothing containing >15% fat. That would be far healthier and probably no more difficult.

That's good stuff AngelBaby! My variation is honey, tea, and apple cider vinegar. It'll prevent colds, and HELP with weight loss. Then, get a good whole-food multivitamin and some sea vegetation. This will boost your antioxidants and overall nutrition, and reduce your cravings. Eat smaller portions, and instead of snacking, take a walk after dinner. You'll lose the weight. Good luck!

Just eat veg tables for a little bit and meat, that will help you tons. I don't have anything to say on the maple syrup diet

You do combine all of them in combination and drink it (do it swiftly so that you should not have time to style it among gulps). dr oz was on oprah one day. he did a bunch of studys with some other doctors and proved that and all those cleansing type diets DONT WORK AT ALL! they change absolutly NOTHING about you...

honey water and AppleCider Vinger...(Idk if you know but there is actually a vinger called apple cider) But if you mix that 2gether and drink it you will start to see results. drink it daily maybe 2 or three times..
