I work out for like 5 years now. After so long, and trying every type of motivation, it's hard to get up and work out anymore. What is a good way to stay motivated after so long of working out?

Seeing results and changes, dont give u until theres no hope. if you can work out then do it, think of how it will benefit you. Even if it hurts, but dont work out everyday, do it every other day beacuse paint can also discourage you.

Give yourself a purpose or goal for the exercises. Like doing a 50 mile backpacking trip to work for, or to run a marathon, or something of that ilk. It works for me.
