It depends on how much you eat and how much you weigh. Does the treadmill have a caloric calculator? If you're eating healthy foods in moderation and exercising that much, you have a pretty good chance of losing weight as well as gaining muscle.

Hi along with a correct diet I would think you are going really well if your comfortable and not exhausted and pulse rate not too high ,then weight should be OKf.♥
