Some people eat what ever they want (Junkfood, Fatfoods) and dont gain weight but others like me eat quite healthy and do gain weight?

Well, you gain weight when you take in more energy (calories) than you burn. It doesn't matter whether you're eating carbohydrates, fats, or proteins. Calories are calories and if they don't get burned they'll be stored.

It could be that these people just have really fast metabolisms and burn a lot without doing anything. It could be that they are exercising a lot.

Remember, though, that weight isn't always the best indicator of health.

A lot of times it is the person's metabolism. Metabolism is the speed at which your body pushes the food through your body. Like my sister, she's barely 100 lbs and she's 25. But she eats ALOT and eat's a bunch of junk. It's just her body's metabolism is fast.
