ok im 14 and im mad buff because lots of people tell me this and im so mad because i can only bench press 95 8 times and every one in my school thinks that that is weird that im big and i bench press so little so please help NOTE the reason why im buff is because i do like 35 pound dumbells curles

Even though you may have well defined muscles, that doesnt necessarily mean that you will be strong. You will have to start working out, and slowly build up the total weight that you can bench press.
Doing curls is good excercise, but it isnt working all the muscles that you need for benchpresses. The only thing that will do that is more benchpresses.

i doubt ur buff if u can only bench 95 x8. bench press regularly and every time add weight by a small amount. Working out at 14 is a good start.

Exercise smarter. get a one month membership at a gym and probe their minds, ask questions more than working out. after your membership, go and do what they told you. good luck

do more bench press you will get better at anything with practice.Do what you want to be strong in.
