It depends on your current fitness level. If you have the endurance to run or jump rope for an hour or so - that will burn the most calories. If you're just starting out - do something that's less intense but that you can maintain for longer. This will allow you to burn more calories and thus lose weight.

Walking or slow jogging for longer amounts of time more frequently is a great way to lose weight if you're just starting an exercise program.

Hi,

I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight.

All the exercises that you mentioned are cardio exercises which will help you burn off your extra calories, fats etc to lose weight. But as to which one will help you lose weight fastest.. it actually depends on your intensity and your diet when you do it.

Personally, the easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.

I myself have lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.

My mentor also lost 15 pounds within a week doing the detox ;)

A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

Don't be misled by people who tell you that running or walking is a good exercise to lose weight. That's just not true. You will have to run, jog or walk forever to have any significant weight loss. Don't you see obese women running or walking all the time? They aren't getting any thinner but they can't figure that out. Runnning just doesn't burn enough calories to make it a worthwhile weight loss exercise. Jumping rope would be much better. Playing a sport (tennis, basketball, raquetball, etc.) would be even better.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

When I was in college (kinesiology major), we learned that jogging was the fastest way to loose weight. Make sure you are not loosing too much too quickly but your body is able to pace itself with loosing pounds. Too fast isn't healthy and can lead to stretch marks. Drink a lot of water too along with jogging. Don't do what your body can't handle. Take it a day at a time. For instance, 1st day, you jog 3 min. Next day you jog 5, then 7 and so forth. Listen to your body. Everyone is unique, listening to what your body is feeling it can handle is the best approach to exercise. Stay focused and don't give up, you will make it. =>
