I'm 30 years old and I worry about my breathing. I am an (unfortunate) mouth-breather and when I try to breathe through my nose, I feel as if I can't do it for very long. Any advice? Also, I am a swimmer and want to know how can I improve my breathing when I swim? I exercise frequently but still feel as if I can't hold my breath for very long. Does drinking pop hurt that much? What else can I do? ANY advice would be great. I don't feel as if it's anything I really need to go to a doctor for but would love any advice from you guys first. Thank you!
