can somebody tell me how to sweat like fast with out buying machines!!...thanks...if it works i'll give you ten points.(my best answer)...(='_'=)......thanks!

Heavy breathing.

Whether you work up a sweat by exhausting activities -- such as refinishing your wood floors -- or by doing step aerobics, it's really the breathing that gets you going.

You can do that sitting in a chair.

Inhale a full breath, then sniff in three more wisps of air. Exhale the entire breath, then cough out more air 3-4 times.

To prevent hyperventilation, try to exhale for longer time than you inhale. Such as inhale to the count of six and exhale to 8.

I read that Tony Robbins lost 30 pounds this way once. Just the breathing. It raises your metabolism and your vibration. You should get pretty hot, but sweating is a habit. The more you do it, the easier it is to do.

Yes running on the treadmill definitely will help you lose the weight around your belly. What you should do after you run is you should spend some time doing abdominal exercises. If you did the stomach workouts before your cardio your body may basically eat away that muscle and use it for energy so by doing it afterwards you counteract this. Try doing crunches with you legs in the air and bicycles, but make sure you flex you stomach muscles while you do this. Good luck!!

You need to get into a sauna...
and drink a glass of water every 45 minutes while in the sauna so your body can sweat out toxins.

or if you don't have a sauna...wrap yourself or what ever body part you are trying to thin out with saran wrap tightly...
than close the shower door and turn on the hot water so steam fills the room.

Steam for 30 min to 1 hour.

The best way to sweat and wrestlers and boxers do it all the time to lose water weight, is to put a plastic bag under your clouths and workout or run. after your done you will see how hard you sweat. but listen this can be dangerous, make sure to keep hydrated at all times
