I'm in good shape for the most part, but i do have a bit of chub that I want to try to get rid of and turn into muscle. I'm planning on busting out the treadmill and running everyday for about 30 minutes. Also, I'm trying to stop drinking pop and other bad things....I do sit ups every day and i have strong muscles in my abs, theres just still a little bit of fat over them. How long and how much can i lose this way?
