high glycemic carbohydrates. elevated insulin levels increase the levels of blood lipids. this is exactly why all natural complex carbohydrates are to be consumed and not heavily processed man made foods high in carbs/sugars.

too many carbs and insulin resistance will cause it besides the obvious genetic causes.

bacon fat is not good. it has high tri. trouble is, all the best flavors seem concentrated in fats.

or is it all about what we were fed as kids? is it what you are used to? i don't know but it seems like it.
