Sat,Mon,Wed,Fri- 30 min dumbell workout
Everyday- 30 min Exercise bike
Everyday- 30min walk (Trying to get my parents to let me go for 1 hour walks)

Is this enough exercise everyday or do I still need more and if so please suggest some. May I remind you I am only 13 and havent exercised in 2 years due to a medical condition.

I don't think i'm THAT fat... but I feel like I am.

I eat:
1 toast for breakfast.
A hot dog, no bread, just the dog.
For lunch an egg and ham sandwich
Another dog.
For dinner probably some potatoes and meat.

What should I lay off on?

My friend says that lifting heavy weights (almost maxing out) for sets of 3-5 reps regularly is the most effective way to build muscle. Is this true?

I have seen all the charts that tell you how many calories are burned in a wide variety of activities...from different kinds of housework, to every imaginable activity...including sex! But HOW are the calculations done?

Thanks.
