coming off an eating disorder your metabolism and endocrine system are not going to be functioning properly. that being the case you want to slowly increase your calories with whole foods and not chemically laden processed diet foods. you need to eat real food like chicken, eggs, fish and carbs like oatmeal, rice, beans, etc. with plenty of fruits in vegetables. when the caloric intake is low the QUALITY of the foods must be superior, this means consuming foods grown in the soil and not made in a factory by man. you want to slowly increase your caloric intake by 10% each week or even bi-weekly so that rapid fat storage does not occur as a result of your increased caloric intake.

Hiya,
Have 3 meals a day, eat iron rich foods like spinach, kale, broccoli and fish. Take folic acid vitamin tablets.
Then in the evening, just before bed (or even in bed)
eat crispy creme donut each day. This will help you gain a little more weight, you dont want to gain too much too soon as this will not help your overall mental health. You might only gain about 1.4lb or 1/2lb a week but it works.

remember the only way to lose weight is to lower calories below energy expended. The ONLY way to gain weight is to RAISE the calories you take in to just over what you need to maintain weight. Eating a donut a day at bedtime is a good way to do this.

eat more and more often is the simple answer. dont necessarily eat junk, eat things high in protein, like lean meat and tuna. as a possible days meals try this: breakfast: big bowl of oatmeal with your favorite toppings in it, bagel with peanut butter or cream cheese, but peanut butter would be better. a banana, and a tall glass of milk. a couple hours later: have another bagel with peanut butter on it or something of similar caloric value lunch: big turkey sandwich and maybe a salad with a can or two of tuna in it at the side. you can be creative with your side dishes. also eat that with an apple or something like that. another tall glass of milk. a couple hours later: follow the same stratetgies as before, maybe have a big tuna sandwich or something like that, and a protein bar and milk. also subway has some good food choices like the sweet onion chicken teryakki sub. that will promote weight gain, and is fairly healthy too later: workout with weights. strive for 30 minutes every other day right after is dinner: eat something like 3 slices of lean chicken, that will be like 350 calories and 89 grams of protein. thats a lot of protein. so eat whatever else with that, like another bagel or more tuna or just a big slice of pizza if you want. also have that with a big glass of milk and a banana, a few bananas even. right before bed: eat more chicken or another big turkey sandwich right before bed. and at anytime if you feel hungry, eat, dont feel like you cant eat at anytime other than those specified. this diet will definately make you gain weight.

You could try eating a baked sweet potato with real butter each day, the sweet potato contains natural plant estrogens that can bring you back into hormonal balance naturally. The butter has natural fats that your body needs as well as healthy calories. Black licorice also contains the plant estrogens, but make sure it's made from real licorice root and not just "licorice flavored".

you don't necesarily have to be a fatso to have a period. i am sure you don't want to gain weight but you could try just eating low cal foods...probably anything you put into your body will store anyways so be careful not to gourge on fatty foods as that will just make you sicker. even if you could get to 105 your period might start again..stay away from tv and reading magazines!! horrible influence! you are a strong girl for putting this up here..so take care of yourself

p.s. i don't think the other people understood your question!

Drink protein shakes like the kind they sell at health clubs and GNC. I'm pretty sure they have them in the diet section at the local grocery store.

hey.
one of the best ways it to eat a meal and go straight to bed.
this makes you put on weight by not letting food go down, therefore it nearly all vecomes fat.
