that is a horrible diet...
breads are processed carbohydrates and are not healthy. all natural carbs consumed in their natural form are healthy like whole oatmeal and beans. hot dogs are a very poor source of protein plus they are heavily processed.
the dinner, unless you are physically active at night you shouldn't be consuming carbohydrates at diner. over time it will most likely contribute to fat gain, it's simply a bad habit.
a better diet would be:
Breakfast
2-3 cooked egg whites, oatmeal, orange
Lunch
egg & ham sandwhich, small salad
Dinner
meat, steamed vegetables, small salad

This is quite a lot of meat, and NO VEG! Where are your vegetables? At all???
Bread, fatty mushed up meat, egg, ham, more meat and potato.
Your plate every meal should look like a firework party. reds (peppers, tomatos), greens (apples, kiwi fruit, melon, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, lettuce) yellows (sweetcorn, baby corn, banana,)
You need much more vitamins in your diet. Let me guess... you are from the US?
Get into some couscous, bulgar wheat garlic, lemons, homous, lentils, beans (green and baked), soup made from just veg and a little pepper etc.
If you are feeling grim, I am not suprised. You are having no fibre in your diet at all. I bet you suffer with tiny poos and feel bloated and clogged up. If you dont, you will soon.
There is NOTHING natural about bread, hot dogs and ham. They are all processed foods. MEGA processed.
You NEED, and your body and mind need real foods. Things that you could simply eat by picking them off the ground or from a tree.
Take a week and only eat things that have not been processed. If you have been living on processed foods for long then you will find this a serious challenge.
But, hey, I dont know whay your lifestly is like, but I dont think it matters whether you are fat or thin... that diet is terrible and it wont get better with age.
check out www.thedailyplate.com and also a nutrition pyramid.

Hey there! Sounds like you are genuine in wanting to change your eating habits, so I'm going to give you some advice:
1. No more hot dogs. They're not that good for you, at all, and we can definitely find something else to fulfill your hunger!
2. Fruit. Try an apple in the morning. Cut it up, eat it with peanut butter. Try a banana in the morning or for lunch, also with peanut butter, or just plain. They are wonderful, and peanut butter [in moderation] can be a decent source of protein!
3. Veggies. Try adding green beans, tomatoes, corn, or mixed veggies to your diet somewhere. You can buy a whole bag of off-brand frozen vegetable for cheap, and just heat up what you need in about 3 minutes. Too easy. Gie it a try.
4. Oatmeal is your best friend. All types, and all varieties! Quaker makes cereal, bars, and regular oatmeal and all are GREAT for your cholesterol, heart, health, and diet. If you're not a huge fan of plain oatmeal, try adding cinnamon, raisins, peanut butter, coffee creamer, or granola to your bowl!
5. Have fun trying new foods!

Your diet sounds like you are eating too much of the wrong things, and mainly not enough of the right things.
Look: Weight loss is really quite simple; there are only two things you need do to reach your goals:
1. Restrict daily calories to 1600 calories per day. By increasing the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat, you will be able to keep your intake at this level without feeling hungry or uncomfortable.
2. Exercise for one hour a day, every single day. It can be anything from pilates to just plain walking, but do it. One hour. Every day.
This is a pretty simple recipe for weight loss, but it works. It has worked for me; I have lost 62 pounds this way. I even lost weight over Thanksgiving. It will work for you if you commit to it and stick to it.
Good luck!

Try some fruit in the morning.I noticed that overall your diet consists of protein, and carbs. Try replacing some of the red meat with some canned tuna instead. For example, you could probably replace your ham and egg sandwhich with a tuna salad with lowfat mayo, celery, carrots, etc. that gives you some oppertunity to incorporate vegetables into your daily diet.

Hot dogs are high in calories and fat. They are not the best choice for protein. You also need to include fruits and vegetables in your diet.
