Leaving out price and maintenance, and considering only performance, copper has similar heat retention to cast iron cookware and can be bought at similar weights and thicknesses. Not only that, it has incredible heat conduction as well. So you have cookware that has superior heat conduction, excellent heat retention, doesn't have to be seasoned, and last a long time. Why do people still buy cast iron? Is there something about cast iron that is better than copper?

I've been eating a lot of salmon lately, what can I put on it to spice it up? I cook my salmon in the frying pan... I'm a bachelor, so it has to be easy. Soy sauce? anything else?

I have a small can of chunk light tuna. I'm tired, sore and I don't feel like cooking, although I want a protein rich snack. All I have is basic ingredients.. such as

mayonnase
tomatoes
cucumber
sliced olives
tarter sauce
relish
etc... basic things like that

A good tastey, simple snack idea would be great!
