This is a very good marinate

1/2 bottle bbq sause of choise
1/3 jar apricot marmelade
1 dl. good soy sauce
1 dl. brown sugar

bring everything together in a casserole an boil for a minute or two until well mixed together.

I find it best to marinate chicken in it for up to 12 hours then pour everything in an "oven-pot" and cook it in the oven, served with rice, salat and french baguette.

Otherwise this works as all purpose marinate!

1/4 cup :dales" steak sauce.
1 cup beer
1/3 cup A-1 steak sauce
1/2 cup k.c. masterpiece bbq sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon crushed parsley.
it's weird, but good.
