a shot of wheatgrass chasing it and I LOVE IT!!! But I foresee the sandwiches getting a little boring after awhile (usually after 2 weeks). Any suggestions to make it more interesting without the hassle of cooking anything. Maybe some spices or low fat condiments, etc...

Whenever I cut skinless chicken breasts, there's a very thin, barely visible layer of something on it that's hard to scrape or cut off. Once I do scrape it off, it kind of looks like skin. Does anyone know what that thin layer is called?

My dad used to always make what he called beans and hamburger. It was ground beef with pork n beans. But I think it had ketchup, onions, and brown sugar in it too. Anyone have a recipe similar?
