ok my parents grill hamburger patties on the grill

it says its 23g of fat......does it cook all the fat off it? i wanna know or am i eating all that fat?

plz help

if they are grilling it on a flame broiled grill -yes the fat drips off very fast and if it is well done almost all of the fat is gone, if you want to get even more fat off of it press it with a spatula and squeeze as much juice out as you can

Look at the size of the pattie before and after the grilling. You will notice a good bit of difference. This is most of the fat cooking out of the meat. Grilling is one of the best ways to prepare meat for healthy living

Most of the fat does cook off during the BBQ grilling process. Thats why you see the flame ups, that the fat hitting the flame.

Most of the fat cooks off, yes. The less fat there is to start with in the beef, however, the less you'll end up with.

if you are worried about it try turkey burgers instead you can buy them at your local wal-mart or grocery store in the frozen food section.you can buy the Jennie-o turkey store brand a box of 12 was $4.48 . 70 percent less fat than regular ground beef.and only 9 grams of fat and they taste very good too! just season like a regular burger.good luck.

Probably not all, but you do need some fat to be healthy.
