a shot of wheatgrass chasing it and I LOVE IT!!! But I foresee the sandwiches getting a little boring after awhile (usually after 2 weeks). Any suggestions to make it more interesting without the hassle of cooking anything. Maybe some spices or low fat condiments, etc...

What about adding bean sprouts and using pita bread, also onion slices, tomato slices, romaine, bib lettuce on your sandwiches--why not make a salad using the turkey, and veggies--and using non fat croutons instead of your bread?

You are definitely on the right track in wanting to have variation.
Even thinly sliced bell pepper is good and all of these things can extend your meal so that you feel fuller without the calories or fat.

You need to fool your body into thinking it is getting what it wants so that you will continue to lose weight.

Good luck

I like orange marmlade or raspberry jam/jelly on my turkey. Cranberry sauce is also good.

If you have a Penzey's Spices in the area, get some of their sandwich sprinkle.

Pick up several varieties of mustard. All are very low or no calorie and add tons of flavor to a sandwich.
