Cooking & Recipes - November 2007

I absolutely have to bake it in the oven, so no other choices. I think it is rib eye I forget, it is small like it. But anyway I just need to know what temp to bake it on and how long? Any expeirence would help?

My date listened to well when I said I needed meat and bought me all sorts of cold cuts... all white meats, how do they freeze? Do they thaw mushy? Do they pick up odd flavor? or do the freeze well and thaw like nothing happened?? Will it get tough? (they are in their original puff, air tight packaging)

ok, my mom is letting me cook xmas dinner. i have a budget of $150. my mom already bought the turkey and ham. i'm making everything from scratch. i want to know how much food i can make with my budget. about 5 sides. a cookie tray with 4 types of cookies. and 5 cakes. now reminder everything is made from scratch.
for my desserts and cookies i really only have to buy 1 ingredient because ingredients like flour butter eggs sugar brown sugar...i have around the house.
i made out two menus. 1 menu of all i wanted to make...then a cheap menu that is sufficient but doesn't include everything i want. i don't really grocery shop. i eat day to day. so i dont know how much $150 can buy in small town texas.

Can I just interchange them, or is there some conversion type stuff I need to do?

I bought a can of Sweet Potatoes a few days ago, and still haven't figured out what to make with them, tonight I want to make something quick but tasty for dinner with this one can(29 oz) of sweet potatoes, any quick ideas? thanks!

i was wonderinh how do u make it i saw a racheal ray eposide and i took some bread dipped it in milk egg and sugar + cinnamon and then i put some flour on it and stuck it in the oven for 10 -20 mintutes is this the correct way or will my version turn out a flop ?
