make some red jambalaya. or some chicken sauce piquant.

yeah make some awesome cajun food. it will take you like hours though. but so worth it and then you can keep it in the fridge for like 4 days and eat it every day till it's all gone.

or you could get some steak.
or make spaghetti with chicken. and frozen texas garlic toast, and heat it up in the oven.

jambalaya-
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion tops, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 pt. peeled raw shrimp (optional)
like half of one of those sausage ring things, cut up.
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce.
1 tsp. Tony Sacheries creole seasoning
1 c. uncooked rice
1 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 can of mild ro tel
salt and pepper
water

Over medium heat, cook the vegetables in oil until lightly browned. Add tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes and ro tel , and sausage, and cook down, until darkened, stirring often, scraping bottom of pot to avoid scorching. Will take about 20 min. to get to this point. once sauce is browned, add shrimp, garlic, tony's seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes. Rinse 1 cup raw rice in warm water. Drain. Add rice and 2 cups water. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer till rice is cooked, 15 to 20 minutes.

I cook this all the time, at least like once every 2 weeks. So this recipe is tried out it is delicious.
