Well, not snow exactly. Try these instead.

LEMON ICE

2-C. water
1 C. granulated sugar
2/3 C. lemon juice

In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Chill until cold, about 2 hours. Pour into a shallow metal pan; freeze for 30 minutes, or until icy around the edges. Stir and return to freezer; repeat every 20 minutes until firm, about 1 hour. To serve, scoop lemon ice into chilled bowls or cups.

COFFEE GRANITA

1-3 tbsp. sugar
2 c. hot, strong, freshly brewed coffee
Whipped cream

Stir the sugar into the hot coffee until completely dissolved. Allow to cool. Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl and place it in the freezer. About every 30 minutes stir it to break up the ice crystals. Eventually the mixture will become slushy. Scrape off any frozen crystals that are stuck to the side of the bowl, and break up any clumps with a spoon. Allow the granite to firm up slightly in the freezer. Serve in individual dishes, topped with whipped cream.

There is snow pudding, naturally the snow cones, snow ice cream, and I seem to recall some breakfast food calling for snow but can't recall what it was right now. Maybe a pancake?

Snow cones...scoop up a ball of snow, put in cup, pour cherry kool aid or any other flavor over top, or use raspberry liqueur for adults.
