I made some randon cookies :] I made about a dozen, and i have about a pound of cookie dough left.

Do i wrap it and put it in the refridgerator, or in the freezer?
Im not going to save it for long, just maybe 'til tomorrow. I just dont feel like baking another batch.

By the way, it was my own little made up recipe of.
I call them: Pecan Butter Coco Rolls

If you want to try them out for yourself, here's the recipe:

1 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbs milk
2 1/2 cups All purpose flour
1 cup Shaved Coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup chopped benut butter cups

Cream the butter & sugar together in a large bowl. [by cream, i mean just mix them up really good]
Now, blend in the milk & vanilla extract.
Blend in flour, pecans & penut butter cups.

Coolthe bowl of dough in the freezer for roughly 5minutes.

Pour out your 1 cup coconut onto a big plate. Take small amounts of the prepared dough and roll them in the coconut.

I want to make some cookie trays for adults. I am looking for some cookies that are not as sweet as most. I already have recipes for biscotti and a chai shortbread. Do you have any tried and true "adult" cookie recipes?

or one that you dont deep fry. My friend has pancreas and gall blatter problems. The doctor told her to lay off the fatty foods. She loves doughnuts. I would like to make her some. She has been bedridden for a long time and i thought they might cheer her up for the holidays.

It seems since this is an old family tradition, were many families from this area originally from costal areas or might these be fresh water oysters from the great lakes?

I want to make homemade biscotti as part of my family Christmas gifts this year. How soon can I make it? Is it okay to freeze it? We may be getting some icy weather this weekend and it would be nice to stay inside and bake. Can I make it this early?

I'm looking for a cheese called munster cheese, you guys are probably familiar with it, but I've never seen it. (I live in America for 7 years).

I'm following a recipe to create a famous brazilian cheese called Catupiry. I found on the net, that you mix on very low heat munster cheese and Philadelphia cream cheese.

I know I can buy online, I founded online, but my question is, does someone know where in San Diego I could buy?

I looked all cheeses at Henry's and Wholefoods, and didn't found it.

Any Ideas???

THANKS

I am wanting to make Pepperming fudge for our holiday get-together. I found two recipes for it, but since I have not made fudge before I don't know which will be best. They are both the same (sugar, evaporated milk, butter, marshmallow creme, vanilla milk morsels) except one calls for 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy and the other calls for 1/4 cup, but then adds 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract.
